Store Lineups

Sorry if this is a dumb question.  I am trying to use the config /
lineup paradigm for store.  How do I set the prerequisites to load the
latest version of a package without prompting me with a list for each
prerequisite?  Also, is there a way to specify the prerequisite as the
latest version of a certain blessing level or above?
