"Sub-window" that can be moved, resized, closed; rich text with links to objects

Anyone done anything like this in the works, in SU*? If not, any
recommendations on what might be a good Prototype-based candidate to use?

Also, the same question for a rich-text editor, ideally one that would allow
insertion of "links" to smalltalk objects.
