Suggestion for Workspace/Package File Browser...

Christopher J. Demers
When I go to open or save a workspace or package the file browser will be in
the "current" directory.  This starts out as the Dolphin directory for me on
Windows 2000, and that is OK.  However I find my self having to do a bit of
browsing if I open a workspace and then need to load a package.  It becomes
a little worse when I use the file browser in my application to open a data
file over the network in some distant path and then want to open a
workspace.  I think it would be useful for there to either be default
package/workspace directories the browser could start in, or perhaps it
could simply remember the last package and workspace directory used.

Obviously this is not a big issue, but it is something I notice and I
thought it would be worth noting.
