Teams reorganization on Github

Hi guys,

We have reorganized a bit the teams on Github:

- Owners: Maintainers of Amber (me, Herby and Manfred)
- Contributors: Have write access to Amber repositories
- Helios: Write access to the Helios repository
- Documentation: Write access to the Amber website, doc, trysmalltalk

I tried to maintain the previous access rights for everybody when
reorganizing the teams, but if you want access to a repo or lost access
to one, please contact us to talk about it!

[Personal] It was probably better to leave Tom Rake in Documentation
team than in Contributors, I think. He was mainly involved with those
repos anyway, and Contributors give him access to different ones...
