Textmate/Sublime Text support <-- volunteer needed

To get basic support really in place, a little bit of work needs to be done.

Skills needed:

Regex fu

Machinery needed:

OS X with textmate would help

Anyone want to take this on? I would but I have a bunch of class library and website work to do.
