From the stopstone header info you're running stopstone from an environment with $GEMSTONE set to a 3.2.12 version. What version is the stone you're trying to stop? They need to be the same.

As Bill has pointed out you are running the 3.2.12 stopstone to stop
stone webcati ... but that is not normally called directly in
GsDevKit_home ... so more of the log would be useful in trying to
understand why GsDevKit_home thinks that webcati is a 3.2.12 stone
...
Another possibility is that you've started the webcati stone manually using the $GEMSTONE/bin scripts and it has the same name as a newer stone called webcati registered in GsDevKit_home ... Dale On 02/19/2016 04:37 AM, Marten
