"Tip of The Day" Dialog

Hi,
I am looking for a Dialog to use for a "Tip of The Day" in my application.  Something like the attached picture.  Does anyone know of something that would be ready to go for this?

Open the VisualWorks Help and in GUI Examples->Dialog you'll find some
types which you can customize for this purpose.
