ToolBuilder vs MorphicToolBuilder vs PSToolBuilder

Eagle Offshore
What are the differences?

It looks like most things are just using ToolBuilder right now -
correct?

Re: ToolBuilder vs MorphicToolBuilder vs PSToolBuilder

Unless the default for ToolBuilder is explicitly set then PSToolBuilder will
be used.
Lists have an optional icon and double-click action.
Windows use a PluggableStandardWindow.
Panels use a PluggableThemedPanelMorph (theme generally specifies the fill
style)
