Toolbar button enabling

The cut/copy etc toolbar buttons in the ClassBrowserShell are not being
correctly enabled/disabled when the classes comment tab is selected.

You're right. Its surprising that we didn't notice that during the beta, and
even more surprising that no one reported it for 3.0 (or perhaps they did,
and it fell through the cracks).
