Toolbar resources

Ian Bartholomew-20
I'm not sure how it has happened but in the beta image all the Toolbar
resources in my goodies packages have been changed into Toolbar class
methods (#resource_whatever, as expected) but their owning package has also
been changed - to DolphinControlBars.  This means that when I uninstall my
goodie package the resource method is not being removed.

As one of the "clean up" tasks I am doing is removing my extra toolbars,
moving then back to the appropriate Shell, this is causing me a bit of
confusion as packages are occasionally refusing to load because of method
clashes.

I'm beginning to think that, for me anyway, having my goodies preinstalled
was not such a good idea.  It means that I've lost the ability to get a
completely "clean" image and that can, and has, lead me astray when updating
my goodies. It's also causing a problem because of some other changes I'm
making will mean that _all_ the existing goodies will need to be uninstalled
before _any_ of the new ones can be installed.

I've, obviously, got no objection to my goodies being distributed as part of
the D6 package but I think preinstalling them is probably a "step too far"

I'm inclined to agree with Ian now that I'm up and running. Having ran
into the problems with the file browser goodie and using some
modifications on several of the pre-installed goodies, I find it more
hassle than it's worth.

Just my opinion.
