TranscriptShell request

Hi,

It would be very useful (to me) if you can add a "Always visible" option
to the TranscriptShell view.

Try,

Transcript show beTopMost.

This will make your transcript top most view. Top most state is lost
when you reload your dolphin image.

To undo it,

Transcript show beNotTopMost.
