Ken Maxelon

get 'SmallInteger does not understand #isEmpty' when I enter it into the
serial number box...

Any suggestions?

This was asked recently and Andy Bower (ObjectArts) replied with....

". This is a known
problem when you try to install/unlock Dolphin when you are logged on
to XP as a user with insufficient rights to the system registry. You
need to be logged on as a Power User or Administrator to complete the
installation correctly."

I am using XP, but as a Computer Administrator. Also, I am using FAT32 so
security is less restrictive. So the problem may be related, but this is not
the problem

The problem (if it is the same one) is caused by insufficient access
rights to the registry. YOu have to be signed on as an administrator
(or power user) the first time you actually run Dolphin... not just
during the installation itself. If you are still having difficulties,
contact me via e-mail (using the OA support address) and we can help
you debug the issue.
