Two small issues with D6 Development tools

Bernhard Kohlhaas-7
1. When opening a System Browser from the toolbar of a Method Explorer,
the System Browser is not positioned on the class and method that was
selected in the Method Explorer.

2. Not sure, if this was ever a standard function or if it was supplied
via a plug-in goodie, but the function "Show inherited methods" does not
  have a toolbar icon in the Class Browser or the System Browser. It did
in DPRO5 and I quite liked that.

This was a result of a lost change in the release - the betas were missing
this, and it was supposed to have been changed so that the show inherited
methods button was included in preference to the toggle local hierarchy
button. It will be patched in the next release.
