UI suggestion

I've set the #defaultBrowserClass user option so double clicking on a
selector in an open SystemBrowser opens up a new SystemBrowser on the
selected method.

If the currently selected method is not defined in the currently
selected package nor its class package (i.e. the selector is shown in
light purple) it cannot be edited.  When the selector is double clicked
the new SystemBrowser opens with the same package selection as the
original SystemBrowser and the method is therefore in the same,
uneditable, state.

IMHO, it would be nicer if double clicking a method defined in another
package always opened up a new SystemBrowser on the method but with the
correct package and folder selected so the method was immediately
editable.
