UIManager

Hello guys,

I'm analyzing dependencies in Pharo (thank you Jannik ^^), and I found  
that UIManager have a lot of dependents and a lot of dependencies,  
with tons of cycles.

I really would like to rebuild it, to break as mush dependencies as  
possible, maybe by rewriting some methods to make them using low-level  
tools.


If you have some ideas or suggestions about the best way to do that,  
you're welcome ^^
