Unhandled exception during package saving with missing ImageStrippper class

Carsten Haerle
I moved to Dolphin 5.1.4 and suddenly I couldn't save all packages or deploy
any more with getting an unhandled excpection. The cause was that one
package used an ImageStripper class which was not loaded.

Actually it was something I didn't do on purpose (the ImageStripper class
was a completly wrong class name). It seems however that having the
ImageStripper not loaded is supported, because the comment in
imageStripperBytes says that this is the reason why the ImageStripper is
saved as bytes.

With 5.1.4 the prerequisite checking now checks the image stripper bytes
also (which is good I think), but then gives the exception above, because it
cannot load the unknown class.

Thanks Carsten. I'll take a look and report back.
