I just loaded "Pier version current" into a squeak 3.10 image (with
magma). I noticed later that http://www.piercms.com/dev/code says to use SqueakMap. Is the version I got OK, or should I back out and try again? Thanks. Ross _______________________________________________ Magritte, Pier and Related Tools ... https://www.iam.unibe.ch/mailman/listinfo/smallwiki |
Sorry; to clarify, I loaded Pier using the "Universe" browser.
This got Pier-Seaside 1.2.424 and Seaside 2.8.4.12. I also wonder if I should get any of the Seaside28Jetsam, which sound as if they might be patches to bring Seaside current. These are a collection of hacks (overrides) for a very specific set of package version. Pharo, at least the one that comes with the Pier download bundled for Linux, isn't working for me because of the name resolution problems I mentioned in an earlier message.
