Using the Window menu in any Dolphin window to switch to another
Dolphin window that is maximized causes the target window to become
unmaximized. Apparently this naughty behavior also happens in D5 - I
didn't notice it in D5 because there I don't generally maximize windows,
whereas in D6 I've had the IdeaSpace window maximized, otherwise the
tabs get especially crowded.
