Update 43 for Coral

* In a console, when Coral is launched without parameters, a prompt
allows you to input and execute Smalltalk code.

* Small edit for the readme:
     -> "3)  make them executable: chmod +x coral.sh coraldb.sh" ==> is
now called coralDebug.sh
