Updated ChunkBrowser

I've just uploaded an updated ChunkBrowser (5j) for Dolphin 5.1.4 to my
web site.  This handles View Resources stored using either the old (hex)
or the new (base64) format.

I'm not really replying to you Ian.  I was wondering how this change affects
STS -- can anyone comment ?
