Updated Education Centre for 4.0

Folks,

We have updated the downloadable Education Centre (HTML Help) file for
Dolphin 4.0. This now has:

1) New section in the Developer's Manual on creating Console Applications
2) Full word search capability
3) Broken pop-up links have now been fixed.
