Using github pull requests

SergeStinckwich
Dear Nicolas,

I see that you post several git pull requests on SciSmalltalk github repository:
https://github.com/SergeStinckwich/SciSmalltalk/pull/19
https://github.com/SergeStinckwich/SciSmalltalk/pull/17

In fact, we don't use github for SciSmalltalk at the moment. This is
better to use SmalltalkHub where all the code is located. We deciced
to use SmalltalkHub because it was an easier workflow for everyone. We
can change that when it will be easier to use git with Pharo.

Maybe we should delete the old code from this repository in order to
have less confusion.
I can add you as a SciSmalltalk contributors if you want.

But, you can continue to use github in order to keep track of issues.

Apparently issues post on github are not sent to the mailing-list. I'm
looking at how to solve that.

Regards,
