VA 9.1 Application #NlsExternalizationRuntime - Prerequisites broken ?

The "prerequisite applications" of application #NlsExternalizationRuntime changed in VA 9.1 to

- CommonFileSystem

- Swapper

previous versions had

- EswBackwardsCompatibility

- EswSwapperCFSSupport

During the packaging of our GUI application application named EswSwapperCFSSupport get lost, but is needed by NlsImageSupport

(refer to class / method ObjectLoader>>#loadFromFileHandle:atOffset: )
