VA851 - Missing Patches

Ok, what has not been fixed in the 8.5.1. release ... and I  have found so far ...

* PlatformPortability errors mentioned on 23.09.2011 in this group (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/va-smalltalk/jacFMJ9gOpE)
* Daylight Saving Time (this one is now six years old :-), but Instantiations says, that with 8.5.2 the fix might be coming) (http://groups.google.com/group/ibm.software.vasmalltalk/browse_thread/thread/6fa33d9022dc31df/d903c88e09e0dec6?lnk=gst&q=primitiveSystemOffset+#d903c88e09e0dec6)
* GreaseVASTCoreApp still has EmClassDevelopment as prerequisites mentioned at 21.09.2011 (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/va-smalltalk/ISaIC7CJ_bI)

But on a positive note, my scripted build stuff seems to work again!  Of course, I've been buried in Linux configuration and C programming, so I haven't had a chance to do anything with it.  :{(
