[VW 7.9] DNU when loading Image Readers from repository

Set the Loading Policies settings as;

true Use the atomic loader

false Use the atomic analysis loader

true Allow binary loader

Load Image Readers from repository.

Get DNU exception.

I turned off the analysis loader because I am having problems loading external classes,

Actually, the fallback should be false on both loaders... The "older" atomic (non-analysis) loader is due to be obsoleted.

Anyway, that is beside the point... I see the bug, but I don't know why it is blowing chunks.

I need to look deeper, and decide how in heck it happens.
