[VW 7.9] Inconsistent keyboard processors

It is possible for an application model that is built in a subcanvas to have a builder

whose keyboard processor is not the same as the window’s keyboard processor.

The result of this is that if a model has keyboard shortcut processing and it looks

at the focusedView that it may not get the focusedView.

I suggest that the many places the keyboard processor can be set, be modified to

insure that the only keyboard processor is the window’s keyboard processor.
