VW HL7 OSCAR EMR system interface

Has anyone done work interfacing VW with OSCAR or other EMR systems with HL7?

iKnowMed (www.iknowmed.com) was founded by one of the originators of HL7 and has built an extensive EMR system for oncology with VSE.

We have a client that is considering OSCAR and we could do some very cool things if we could interface well.
