VW awareness of Windows taskbar.

Dear Cincom Devs,

In my VW7.3 image, windows like menus and confirm dialogs are still hiding
themselves behind the Windows taskbar. Is this solved in any of the more
recent releases or will it be? I mean, this taskbar is there for about a
decade now ;-). (I know what to override to get more desirable behaviour.)

The equivalent of Win32TaskbarSupport is included in 7.4. Seems to work,
too!
