VW install bug --- VW7.4.1 anyway ...

The VisualWorks.ini file is not fully updated.

The default install location is
    c:\Program Files\...
I chose to install directly in c:\vw7.4
The .ini files DID point to c:\vw..., but it was
c:\vw7.4.1
