VW7.10 - COM-All fails to load after Searchlight-Tools

In 7.10 (CST13_jul13.1), if you load the parcel Searchlight-Tools then
load COM-All (in either order), you get a Message Not Understood exception:

     Message not understood: #equalsHResult:

To correct the problem, prior to loading COM-All, add the following
extension to Object:

equalsHResult: anObject
     ^false

The problem does not exist in VW7.9.1.
