VW7.3.1 --[ BUG] detecting a clock changes on PC

Mark Pirogovsky-3
In VW 7.3.1 on Window if the user changes the clock - the image still
shows date as it was at the image startup time.
Is there any way in VW7.3.1 to force the image to reread the time ?

to reproduce:

Start you vw7.3.1.
In the workspace print Time dateAndTimeNow (5/23/06 12:27:25 pm)
Go to the System clock and reset the date and time to something
different (in my case i set it to the 5/27/06 and different time of day)

In the workspace print Time dateAndTimeNow  !!!!! #(5/23/06 12:29:08 pm)
See the same date few second later.

Is there any reliable way to see the system clock ? or force the VW to
adjust its internal clock ?

NOTE: in the latest development release of 7.4.1 the
Time dateAndTimeNow shows the date and time as it shown on the system clock.

TIA

Wallen, David
Take a look at the "-walltime" engine option. Seems to work for me.

Heh, quoting original message:

"Go to the System clock and reset the date and time to something
different (in my case i set it to the 5/27/06 and different time of day)"

I guess somebody forgot to unset the clock first :)

That somebody was me.
ALso keep in mind the following: Messages are timestamped by the sender,
receiver and all the intermediate steps, it is up to your e-mail program
which one to display.

If you select to see "all the headers for the message" you will that.
