VW7.3.1 and reshack and icon

I just used reshack to build a .exec -- it worked, but it still shows the
VW7.3.1 icon on the .exe -- should it not show the .ico I provided???

Did you check the logfile to see if the operation succeeded?

Good suggestion.  Also, as example code you can see my 7.4 code in
InstallerPackagerWindows>>packageSingleExecutableForWindows in parcel
$VISUALWORKS\packaging\installer\VWInstallerFramework.pcl

That was stupid -- I had a typo in some of the lines (most actually,
just by chance the
result worked at all).  Its fine now -- thanks.

I've adapted a Dataset to a collection of objects doing the access via
the column's methods very like the manual.

However, under some (still to me not clear to be more specific)
circumstance pressing a Tab or an Enter in a cell brings a stack trace
and the message "subscript out of bounds" error.

To add up it happened in a machine I could not save the stack trace, and
I still could not get the error again (though I'm trying hard ;-)

Does anybody have seen or have an idea of what could be the issue?
