[VW7.4][Bug?] Ctrl+RMB is the same as MMB on Windows

Hi all,

recently I have encountered strange behavior of VW on Windows.
When I press Ctrl + right mouse button it acts as middle mouse
button (brings up the window menu). Other Windows applications
(or VW on Linux) act normal. The event arrays in InputState>>process:
are similar for MMB and Ctrl+RMB so I suppose the conversion is
done in virtual machine. Has anyone any suggestion how to get
normal behavior on Windows?
