VW7.9.1 Runtime Packager taking forever

Win 7 64bit
Start with virgin 64bit image.
Load parcel COM-All
Load parcel RuntimePackager
Click/Tools/COM/Open Automation Wizard.../
Add and check
    WizardAutomationAllDataTypes
Click/Next/ for GUID page
    Click/Generate for instance and class methods
Click/Next/ for Type Library page
    WizardAutomationAllDataTypes for name and library file.
    Click/Generate IDL.
    Click/Compile IDL.
    Click/Register Library.
Click/Next/ for Reg File page.
    WizardAutomationAllDataTypes.reg
    C:\askoh\visualworks\vw7.9.1\askoh\64bit\COM\TypeLibrary\visual.exe
    C:\askoh\visualworks\vw7.9.1\askoh\64bit\COM\TypeLibrary\WizardAutomationAllDataTypes.im
    WizardAutomationAllDataTypes
    WizardAutomationAllData.Application
    Click/Generate file/
    Click/Register/
Click/Next/ for Deploy page.
    Click/File/Save.../
    Click/Run Setup/
Close all windows exception Launcher.
Click/Tools/Runtime Packager/
    Click/Next/ for Clean up image page.
        Click/Do this step/
    Click/Next/ for Set Common Options page.
        Click/Do this step/
Create tab
  Runtime image pathname:
  C:\askoh\visualworks\vw7.9.1\askoh\64bit\COM\TypeLibrary\WizardAutomationAllDataTypes.im
Platform tab
  Windows only
Stripping tab
  Trace level: high
Click/OK/
    Click/Next/ for Specify Classes and Methods to keep page.
        Select WizardAutomationAllDataTypes and its methods to keep.
    Click/Next/ for Scan unreferences items page
        Click/Do this step/
    Click/Next/ until Strip and save image.
        Click/Do this step/
Runtime packager takes forever to finish. Had to end process.
