VW7.9 Searchlight flyby dialog bug

Start virgin image on Win7 machine.
Load Searchlight parcel.
At bottom of Visualworks Launcher, type
windowevent:
In searchlight window, select
windowEvent:from:
Hover over any implementor or sender, flyby dialog will show correctly once but all subsequent times the flyby will be to left and outside of window. flyby falls outside of screen.
