Hi,
I just wanted to clear out something about the VWNC Licence. If I host a non-commercial webside using seaside and VWNC am I in accordance with the license ? Thanks and Rgrds, @+Maarten, _______________________________________________ Seaside mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.squeakfoundation.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/seaside |
I believe so. VisualWorks NC can be used in production so long as no
money is being made by any parties. -Boris -- +1.604.689.0322 DeepCove Labs Ltd. 4th floor 595 Howe Street Vancouver, Canada V6C 2T5 http://tinyurl.com/r7uw4 [hidden email] CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE This email is intended only for the persons named in the message header. That would be a question for Cincom. I imagine they'd have to review
this on a case by case basis. Imagine a YouTube type application. Certainly you're not selling it and users aren't paying to use it, yet you can't quite call it non-commercial, can you? In all my previous dealings with them they've proved to be extremely reasonable and flexible, so don't hesitate to just get in touch with them for details.
