So the license still talks about "Non-Commercial" but the download page now talks about "evaluation copy".

Well the download link finally works -- thanks guys for providing this!

I just wish the download pipe was a bit larger.   im getting a steady 80-90kbs download rate, and this from a connection that can download MS Service packs at 1.0-1.5 MB/s

hopefully the slow speed is due to many people downloading at once.

Did you check the spam folder for your email?  When I did a screencast on downloading the NC last week, the email back from Cincom got sorted to spam by gmail.
