Version 5, Win XP and Screen Display Problem

I keep the taskbar on the LH side of the screen. That way I can see more of
my ST taskbar buttons. If I swap users, then when I return all my ST windows
are displaced to the right by (about) the width of the taskbar. Is this a
Win XP problem or a Dolphin problem.
