Version info on the PL2 problem machine

You asked for version info on the box that was giving me horizontal
scrollbars in the method list:

OS: 2k sp3 5.00.2195

IE: 5.50.4807.2300 sp2

comctl32.dll 5.81.4807.2300


For good or bad, I haven't seen the problem again, but I've been doing a lot
of metal work recently, so I'd be less likely to encounter it.
