Very minor nits about the new documentation

A couple of minor nits about the new documentation.

Something odd has happened to the layout of embedded code examples; e.g.
see (ironically enough):

    http://www.object-arts.com/Lib/EducationCentre4/htm/codelayout.htm

The same problem manifests in the .chm help.  I'm using IE5.5 as a
browser.


Also,

Shouldn't the "Notification" section be a separate page at the next
level up ?  (on:
