Maybe it's just my machine .... but when I resize the ResourceBrowser
it's flickering a lot. While resizing the whole view just remains white.
In addition the toolbar and the SIOT Tabs are flickering in other views.
It seems that these views are erased with a white background although
they are repainting the whole client rectangle (WM_ERASEBGK not handled?).
