Not sure why but patch1 has introduced a small (and obscure) bug into the
ViewComposer's handling of reference views. The following works fine in the
original 4pro.
Start ViewComposer.
Add new shell
Add CompositePresenter.Card container
Alt-drop a CompositePresenter.Default view onto the CardContainer _in the
ViewHierarchy_
After installing patch1 the last step produces an assertion failure at the
start of CardLayout>>showCard.
Alt-dropping the view onto the CardContainer _in the arena_ works as
before - so it's not exactly a show stopper <g>
