Views lose their interactor on image restart

John Aspinall-3
Try opening a CHB, dropping the 'Visual Finder' on of any of its component
presenters, and inspecting 'self view interactor' - this gives the
presenter. Save and exit the image, then restart. 'self view interactor' now
gives the view.

It seems that on image restart all Views have their interactor reset to
themselves (in wmCreate:wParam:lParam:).

Cheers.

John
