VisualWorks 8.2 download

I requested to get a PUL/NC version of Cincom VisualWorks v8.2 one day ago and I'm still waiting for the email with the download link. It is not in the Spam folder.

Does it take this much?

I remember getting the email faster before, but the process seems to be more obfuscated now.
