VisualWorks Project Manager (LaunchPad) doesn't work at all ...

... on Mac OS 10.5.8: I can start the LaunchPad, click the +-button,
put in a project name but then nothing happens. The new project isn't
shown in the launchpad an all buttons are not usable anymore. When I
kill and restart the Launchpad I see the new project but the arrow-
button doesn't work.

Should I forget the launchpad?

I have no problem running the LaunchPad on a MacBook Pro running 10.5.8.
