VisualWorks wiki disappeared

Hi Ralph,

The VisualWorks wiki disappeared. Looks like the UIUC Wiki server is up – other wikis on it work fine – but the VisualWorks wiki has disappeared, as if it had been deleted.

The only help I can offer is how to debug VM crashes – if that's what you mean by an image crash. In bin\win\readme.txt, it says to look at this URL:

There's also a VM command-line argument, -o10s, which outputs all method calls to stdout (if you start with the debug vwntconsole.exe), but that's maybe more useful for crashes at startup. [just added that info to the above URL].

Thank you for reply. I'll try to use these hints.
Btw, the reference above brings me to the page titled "Wiki's Home at UIUC" with the list of topics and checkboxes --- I mean I see no useful information there. I found this page only in google's cache.

I rebooted the server and now the VW wiki is up. The machine got
rebooted about 10 hours ago (probably a power problem because of a
storm) and for some reason the VW wiki, which is near the end of the
list of wikis, didn't come up. That happens about 1/3 of the time. I
ought to fix it, but non-deterministic bugs are always a pain to find.
