WAAnchorTag>>newTarget

It looks like the anchor tag is promoting use of non-compliant value in the
#newTarget by setting the value of a target to '_new' whereas only #(_blank
_self _parent _top) are in the W3C spec. Should it be replaced by
#blankTarget perhaps?
