WAComponentTest>>#testChildComponentShouldNotBeSelf never ends in Seaside 3.1

Also the  WAChildComponentShouldNotBeSelfError does not exist in the
default load.  When I create that error class the test still does not
complete..

Nope.  I was wrong.    I didn't have the right packages loaded for that
one to pass using the Config.  I've updated the config.
