WAJsonEncoder does not implement encode:on:

Hi,

On the class-side of WAJsonEncoder, there is an undefined subclass responsibility for encode:on:
Just hit that while working on the gemstone port.

It seems like it a leftover from a refactoring and should no longer be defined at that level?
