WAKom and Seaside 2.9

Should work out of the box. At least it does for me.

   ScriptLoader loadSeaside29

Then OK when asked to load, NO to run the tests and
after loading select "Tools -> More -> Seaside Control Panel"
from the world menu.

In the control panel you can add a WAComancheAdapter with
a port and start it.
